The head coach must be notified 15 minutes before the meet starts of any swimmers that have not shown up. No changes can be made after this time limit.
TIMERS - You will sit at the end of the pool and record swimmers times. Please arrive at the meet 15 minutes early before the swim meet begins to pick up stopwatches and clip boards and attend a timer meeting. Children are not allowed with you at the end of the pool, but you will always have the best seat in the house!!.

CONCESSIONS (Home meet only) – Work shifts selling food and drinks. We will not be able to provide concessions for our swim team without your assistance. This is a major fundraiser.
SET UP/CLEAN UP – Help set up tents for the swimmers as well as concessions before the meets or help take down tents, pick up trash, etc. after meet. This should only take approximately 15 minutes.
